Returns

• We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.
• Due to the nature of our skincare products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

• If your product arrives damaged or defective, we offer a free replacement for the same item.
• Exchanges for a different product of equal value may be possible on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure product safety and hygiene, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
