1. Returns
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare items.
Return Conditions:
✔ The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
✔ The return must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
✔ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged product).
2. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive a faulty product, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Ship the item back in its original condition.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please:

✔ Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary).
