Order Processing

All orders are processed with utmost efficiency and will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt. Please note, delays may occur due to third-party carriers or exceptional circumstances beyond our control.

Payments

We accept payment via all major credit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. By providing your payment details, you are confirming that you have authorization to use them.

Returns and Cancellations

  • We offer a full refund for unopened and unused products within 7 days of receipt. After this period, refunds will no longer be accepted. Refunds will be processed to the method of payment used at the time of purchase.

  • Cancellations are only accepted before a shipping label has been generated. Once an order has been processed, no cancellations can be made.

  • Return Shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We will not be held liable for return shipping costs, and we strongly recommend using a trackable method.
